Ashley Warwick is a sultry and expressive jazz vocalist with a lush, velvet tone that will transport you to the golden era of torch singers and moody jazz clubs. She delivers seductive songs of romance, passion, heartache, and humor. Proudly playing the classics from the golden age of country and western music, Ashley Jane’s Hootenanny is a rootin’-tootin,’ bronco-bustin’ good time! Sing and dance along to legendary songs by Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Gene Autry, Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn, and Patsy Montana, just to name a few. For its third consecutive season, NYC’s acclaimed Off-Broadway’s Out of the Box Theatrics and New Hampshire’s award-winning Weathervane Theatre will collaborate on a week-long residency program supporting works in development. These emerging plays will receive rehearsals and a fully-staged reading at the Weathervane. A nationwide search is currently underway and the selected pieces will be announced soon.
