Weathervane Theatre to Present Holiday Entertainment at Sugar Hill Meetinghouse

WHITEFIELD, NH—Weathervane Theatre is pleased to announce its holiday programming for the fourth year. Three productions—Who’s Holiday!, The Santaland Diaries, and A North Country Christmas: All Snowed In—will run in alternating rep over one week at the Sugarhill Meetinghouse, with a special performance of Who’s Holiday! at Gorham’s Medallion Opera House on December 5th.

“The North Country is our home away from home,” said Weathervane Producing Artistic Director Ethan Paulini. “I am so proud that the 60+ year legacy of the Weathervane Theatre has now expanded, allowing us to spread laughter and cheer during the most wonderful time of the year.”

Weathervane’s holiday season opens November 29th with the smash hit from the past three holiday seasons—Who’s Holiday! starring Marisa Kirby. Written by Matthew Lombardo, Who’s Holiday! is an adults-only comedy about How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ Cindy Lou Who, now grown up and living in a trailer park. Join Cindy Lou Who for this wildly funny, heartfelt comedy as she recalls the Christmas Eve when she first met the Grinch and the twisted turn of events her life has taken. 2026 marks the final season for Who’s Holiday!.

Opening on November 30th is best-selling satirist David Sedaris’ hilarious holiday satire, The Santaland Diaries. Based on humorist David Sedaris’s true-life experience, this wildly funny holiday romp stars Jorge Donoso as Crumpet, a rebel without a Clause, who shares the comic misadventures of an unemployed writer’s unforgettable season working as an elf at Macy’s Department Store.

Rounding out the season is the original Christmas musical revue A North Country Christmas: All Snowed In by Kelly Strandemo, opening on December 2nd. Join your Weathervane friends Jorge Donoso, Marisa Kirby, and Kelly Strandemo for family-friendly fun as they raise a cup of Christmas cheer with a distinct North Country twist. This brand-new musical revue, in the style of classic Christmas specials by Bob Hope and Carol Burnett, features favorite holiday tunes such as “White Christmas,” “Santa Baby,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” and more!

Weathervane’s holiday season runs from November 29 to December 6, 2026. A North Country Christmas: All Snowed In is recommended for all ages, while The Santaland Diaries is recommended for ages 14 and above. Who’s Holiday! is recommended for adults only.
