Movie Nights, Karaoke, Concerts, and More come to the Weathervane this summer

Star of Weathervane's Waitress, Sarah Anne Fernandez's solo cabaret, Don't Forget Me, will be one of Weathervane's special events this season

WHITEFIELD, NH—Weathervane Theatre is pleased to announce a series of special events to be presented throughout its 60th season this summer and fall.

Alanis Karaoke Season 60 Kickoff Party: June 13
Join us as we mark the 30th anniversary of Alanis Morissette’s landmark album Jagged Little Pill. An evening of music, nostalgia, and celebration, mix and mingle with the company of
our U.S. regional premiere of the hit Broadway musical inspired by the album and belt out your favorite 90s tunes. FREE! 


North Country Shakes: Shakespeare in Love (and Laughter): June 20, 21, 26, 27 &30
Weathervane’s FREE Shakespeare in the Park is back for a fourth year! Featuring Shakespeare’s most romantic and awkward encounters, join us for this family-friendly, funny evening under the stars!


Movie Night: 50th Anniversary of Hollywood’s First Summer Blockbuster: June 20
Sit back and relax for a special screening celebrating the iconic Spielberg film that launched the summer blockbuster era! While we can’t name it (studio rules!), this blockbuster night sets the
stage for our 2025 production of The Shark is Broken. Enjoy drink specials, ticket discounts, and a cast appearance!

 

One Man Two Guvnors: In Concert: August 8
It’s groovy baby! Transport to the swinging 60s with the band of One Man, Two Guvnors. Under the direction of Ira Kramer (Weathervane’s Jesus Christ Superstar and Million Dollar Quartet), this Fab Four band will play the unforgettable skiffle-inspired soundtrack from this Tony-winning hit! Sip on drink specials, snag discounted tickets, and catch a cast appearance!

Sarah Anne Fernandez: Don’t Forget Me: August 28

Star of Weathervane’s Waitress, join Sarah Anne Fernandez (Elphaba u/s – Wicked national tour) tour) for a powerful night of music and storytelling, spotlighting the real women behind Broadway hits like The Sound of Music, SIX, and more.

North Country New Works: September 11 and 14
Weathervane’s annual festival celebrating new voices, new works, and the creative spirit returns for its third season! Sponsored by Ben Sears & Brad Connor and DCN Enterprises.


Mae West Movie Night: September 20
Come up and see her sometime! Celebrate Weathervane’s production of Dirty Blonde with a screening of a classic Mae West film!! We can’t name the title (studio rules), but expect cast cameos, drink specials, and discounted tickets for a night full of wit and charm.

 

Tickets for One Man, Two Guvnors In Concert, Sarah Anne Fernandez: Don’t Forget Me, and North Country New Works are on sale now. Alanis Karaoke is free, but reservations are recommended and can be made on the website or by contacting the box office at boxoffice@weathervanenh.org). All other events are free, but have a suggested donation of $7-$9.


Weathervane’s 60th season runs June 25 – October 12. Productions include Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill: The Musical, The Shark is Broken, Becoming Dr. Ruth, Grease, Waitress,
One Man Two Guvnors, Honky Tonk Angels, Dirty Blonde, The Tempest, and The Producers. Single tickets, dinner and show packages, and ticket subscriptions are now available at
www.weathervanenh.org. Season 60 tickets start at $34.

ABOUT THE WEATHERVANE

The Weathervane Theatre was founded in 1965 by Gibbs Murray and the late Tom Haas and is under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Ethan Paulini. It has presented high-quality professional productions of plays and musicals for over half a century.
