A brand new initiative to celebrate new voices, new works, and the creative spirit. Featuring excerpts from 6 new plays and musicals, written by and featuring Weathervane company members.

Bios

Danielle Barrett (she/her)

SECOND SEASON

Dani is psyched to be returning to Weathervane this summer. Previous performance credits include Guys & Dolls (Weathervane), Mary Poppins (Penobscot Theatre Company) and The Running Show (Monica Bill Barnes & Co.) Previous choreography credits include My Story is Gluskabe (Penobscot Theatre Company), and Trapped: A Lobster Tale (Penobscot Theatre Company).

CLAUDIA CANUTO (she/her)

THIRD SEASON 

Claudia is a junior at St. Johnsbury Academy. She sings, dances, plays several instruments, and has performed at All-State and New England music festivals. Favorite credits: Squeaky Fromme (Assassins), Frenchy (Grease), “Schwartzy” (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Narrator (Joseph…), and Disciple/Ensemble (Jesus Christ Superstar).

Kenzie Kilroy (she/her)

FIRST SEASON

Kenzie Kilroy is a theatre professional based in NYC, working as a Stage Manager, Designer, & Assistant Casting Director at serval venues, including The Laurie Beechman, Theatre for a New Audience, The Triad Theater, & National Sawdust (2021- 2024). Other venues include Curious Theatre Company and Miners Alley Playhouse in Denver, CO.

 

AC Muench (he/they)

SIXTH SEASON

AC is a bassist with over 15 years of experience. Originally from Syracuse, NY, AC is a Berklee College of Music graduate and has worked as a pit musician since 2019, with over 40 musicals under his belt. Most recently, they played bass for the Little Women 2024 national tour.

Vero Villalobos (she/her)

SECOND SEASON

Vero is happy to be back for her second season, this time as the resident drummer! Vero received her BFA from Angelo State University as a director, technician, and playwright. She hopes to continue writing, primarily for young Latin artists like herself.

PYPER K WILLIAMS (she/her)

THIRD SEASON

Pyper is spending her third season here at Weathervane painting away in the shop, bringing to life the sets you see on stage this summer. She studied Acting at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts but now prefers to take a more behind-the-scenes approach to painting sets.

Ethan Paulini (he/him)

NINTH SEASON

In addition to being the Producing Artistic Director of the Weathervane Theatre, Ethan served as the Associate Artistic Director of New York City’s Out of the Box Theatrics. He has national credits as a director, choreographer, actor, writer, and educator. Proud member of Society of Directors and Choreographers (SDC) and Screen Actors Guild/American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (SAG/AFTRA) and a member of Actors’ Equity Association (AEA).
