Weathervane Announces 2026 Local Auditions
Local Auditions for Season 61 will be held on Wednesday, May 27, from 3 PM to 5 PM and Thursday, May 28, from 4 PM to 6 PM. All ages are welcome.
WHITEFIELD, NH—Weathervane Theatre announces local auditions for its upcoming 61st season (running June 30—October 11, 2026) for all productions in its mainstage season, as well as North Country Shakes: Special Villains Unit (June 24 – July 2).
Auditions will be held on Wednesday, May 27th, from 3 to 5 PM and on Thursday, May 28th, from 4 to 6 PM at White Mountains Regional High School’s band room, located at 127 Regional Road in Whitefield. Auditionees should be prepared to present a brief monologue and a brief (30-60 seconds) song selection. Please note that an accompanist will not be provided at this audition, so auditionees must provide their own accompaniment track or sing a capella. Weathervane will provide amplification. Weathervane seeks local talent of all ages.

The Weathervane Theatre was founded in 1965 by Gibbs Murray and the late Tom Haas and is led by Producing Artistic Director Ethan Paulini.
